The Outreach Committee of the Association for Recorded Sound Collections
(ARSC) posts the following message.

--- SAVE THE DATES: 2020 ARSC CONFERENCE, MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA ---

The 54th annual ARSC Conference will be held May 20-23, 2020 in Montreal,
Quebec.

Conference programs will take place at the Delta Hotel. Nearby attractions
include Place des Arts, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the McCord Museum,
the Underground City, and McGill University's Schulich School of Music and
Marvin Duchow Music Library. The Plateau and Mile End districts have many
trendy cafes, restaurants, pubs, and record shops. The Musee des ondes Emile
Berliner is a metro or taxi ride away.

Join us for presentations on sound recording topics, including recording
artists, record labels, radio, recording technologies, record collecting,
audio archives, copyright issues, and preservation practices.

PLEASE NOTE: Non-Canadian attendees should check their passports. Many
countries require travelers to have passports with at least six months of
remaining validity as an entry requirement. Those who do not have a passport
or who need to renew a passport should take appropriate steps as soon as
possible to avoid last-minute rush fees. For more information:
