[78-L] Mysterious control/matrix numbers HV in Australian HMV pressing

I'm pretty certain that HV is the Australian matrix as all Aussie pressings of DB numbers have a HV number in runout(?). H may stand for "Homebush" which is the suburb of Sydney where all EMI 78s were pressed... but I stand corrected...
