What you have is a disk that was designed for use at an AFRTS station
overseas for DJ shows (and a very neat place to work).  By this time, all
of the songs would have been the same as the commercial issues. Generally
they were remastered from a copy of the master tape.  The equalization is
probably slightly different.  The VA hospitals were getting serviced at
this time but probably this disk came back to the states and to Wright when
a station closed overseas.  It's a fun artifact.

I wrote this about the program disks, but by the 60s the library disks were
using the same labels.
