[78-L] Friend with a problem email address

I know there was some problem a while back with 78-L members getting dumped 
if they had AOL emails.

A friend of mine is in this situation and can't seem to get back on and 
hasn't heard from Ron about it.

Can someone explain what he needs to do to get reinstated?  I will pass 
along the info to him.
