[78-L] Problem with very high energy incorporated into remastered 78s

Here's a little over a minute of 'Groung' with the following tweaks from a
Sony MU-E041 parametric EQ:

-6 dB at about 800 Hz with a Q of about .68, and -3 dB around 900 Hz with a
Q of about 1.3.
