Most likely. Michael Sherman's book of Victor labels has evidence that
RCA kept the batwing label alive for acoustic recordings right up until
the mid-1940s or so. It's identical to the VTM label, except there are
no patent notices and instead of Victor Talking Machine Company at the
bottom, it says RCA Manufacturing Company.
