Orthoacoustic was an RCA equalization curve, and was not exclusively
NBC.  Therefore there was not necessarily any connection between AWA and
NBC, just that AWA used the RCA curve.  The disc in that sleeve, of
course, has nothing to do with the sleeve.

This 16" Australian ET ended on eBay recently. The sleeve is most 
interesting; almost identical to NBC Orthacoustic ET sleeves of the
period,
