Hello,

I have just had the Eboy resolution process completed for my case, as a 
warning to other sellers I had a receipt for postage to the buyer from 
the post office, however I lost the case as I needed proof of delivery.

Therefore anything sold requires a transaction ID that can trace the 
parcel, certain times this is not possible from this end....

Needless to say I will not be selling anything in future via Eboy..
