[78-L] How to keep 78s warm in a cold snap

Follow-up....customer was very pleased. I used an insulated pizza pick-up bag 
and kept the item under an emergency blanket in the car for the hour when I had 
to leave it parked. Since it was the Carl Kress Decca set, I didn't want to run 
the risk of extreme cold doing anything.
