Depending on the speakers on your computer, you can get a pretty good idea 
of quality by sampling the 30 second clips of each Amazon MP3.

The discussion about Vol. 2 of Rayno's bio of Whiteman brought up something
I want to ask about.

I went to Amazon to put this on my wish list ($85.00 is a bit steep for me
at the moment) and I noticed a series of CD-R releases of Whiteman which
can also be downloaded as MP3s. This seems to be a complete chronological
series.

Has anybody heard these transfers? I would gladly start acquiring them if
the quality was good.
