Does anyone know of a good writeup of the case where RCA sued other U.S. companies for using the color red for record labels?  I wound up with a red label Blumenthal Turkish record that had been one of several exhibits used for the defense.

Bob Altshuler explained this case to me years ago, but I forget most of the details./steve
