Which raises a question.
I see, and hear, all sorts of stuff on U-tube; film clips from early musicals, video performances, records of Uncle Josh, et. al et. al
So how does this happen legally?
If I were to put just one cut from an obscure out of print LP from, say, the late 1950s without "permission" from someone, what would happen?
Just wondering.
Thanks!
