[78-L] GoDigital MG lays claim to 1902 recording

It seems to me that it's been pretty clear for a number of years, sound
recordings in the US, no matter where they're made, are in copyright until 2067
and even the "property of the parks department" is debatable. There were
discussions not long ago about a US company that had licensed reissues from a
UK label (which probably didn't have legal rights but had reissued them as PD,
which they are over there) making claims against anyone else using the recordings.
