The next-to-highest bidder made about 12 offers and ended up a dollar away from 
the winning bid, so there's hope. And the second chance thing worked this 
time..don't know why it wouldn't before.

Now where's that nice new bottle of scotch I got last week? Oh the cat's drunk 
it. Too bad.
