Holding it up beside a Canadian Red Plastic Victor, (Stokowski's Brahms 1), the Victor is a lighter red than the Decca and less transparent, (almost but not quite opaque). Holding it up beside a US Red Plastic Victor, (Paganini Quartet's Debussy Quartet), the Victor is a darker red than the Decca but equally transparent.

I'll have to dig out my Rachmaninoff set. It might be in storage. One
interesting thing is a notice pasted or printed inside the album, advising
users not to play the records with an old fashioned soundbox. I'm sure this
wasn't available for long..this is the only copy I've seen and I've had it
since the 60s.
