[78-L] Rust's Entertainment Discography

Anybody who didn't perform on stage or screen was dropped from the 2nd edition. 
Maddening, because Rust had confirmed that he believed Gershwin was on Canadian 
Victor 216090 (Van Eps Quartet) and would be listing it.
