[78-L] Decca session information needed

As far as I know, the TNY series is used on a lot of transcriptions for a
variety of companies, and in fact may be a Columbia matrix series. The Decca
Books list World sessions in one section and "other transcriptions" following
but don't give a source. Sandburg also recorded for Muzak around this time.
Maybe Sandburg didn't want to cross a picket line (were there picketers during
the ban?). This happened elsewhere..Hank Snow made some recordings in a private
Montreal studio and they were issued on Bluebird, ban or no ban.
