[78-L] Is this vertical cut?

I was interested in the following record on epay.  The seller says it's a vertical Vocalion but all the Talking Machine World verticals listed were 5 digit catalog numbers.  This is 4.  The seller gave me an answer but it wasn't conclusive in my mind even though he felt it was vertical.
