[78-L] Question 1812 Overture

The garage is just fine where I'm living now and was fine where we lived from
1987 to 2000. Not so fine was the garage in the semi-rural place we were in for
9 years, prone to moisture, mice, the occasional other living creature that
managed to sneak under the door. And even a well-maintained storage unit that
isn't climate controlled is fine, as long as you're sure the elements don't
encroach.
