Oh..., dl, it's only good ol' Aristotelian logic paired with some knowledge about how 
systems like the postal network, customs and international trade function together 
as cogwheels.  

I do not rely on what a postal clerk or customs officer tells me. I actually read the laws, 
the international treaties, tariffs and the by-laws - and many times proved them wrong.
