[78-L] Bye Bye, Borders

I personally think what really served to kill Borders was its policy
of continuing to sell books and CDs (with few exceptions) at list
plus prices, especially after Amazon came along. I won't miss it.
Barnes and Noble has had the same policy and they're next. These
giants killed of the neighborhood book stores and then stuck it to
their customers. A pox on them both.
