Only by seriously stretching a point could you consider that a "pop" 78, since 
it was on the expensive Red Seal label.

The reverse, in my experience..I have "Jalousie" on Gold Standard 3-color black 
label. Not saying there ain't no such animal, but I haven't seen any.
