[78-L] Techniques commits Hari-Kari

Tom Fine just posted this on ARSC-List.  What I find most unusual is 
that Techniques PURPOSEFULLY didn't tell their DISTRIBUTORS until all 
the stock was depleted.  What kind of weird business logic is that?????  
What kind of people do that to loyal business associates and 
customers???  It is SADISTIC!
