The record label images posted were the interesting ones from a small collection
I just brought home.  It is my intention to record them and post to YT.  Got a
few up already.  Check out YT channel CDBPDX in a few days and watch them go
round while listening to them.

Interesting labels!! Do you happen to own these records? Some of them? Or just
have all the images?

Just came home with a small collection of interesting records and found a few
labels I haven't seen before.  One is a 10 inch HOLLYWOOD label 78 rpm from 1930

produced by Columbia records labeld 'Not For Sale and 'For Radio Broadcast
Only'.  It is a good quality record, equal to Columbias of the period, I think.

You can view the label here:

There is a picture of a 12 inch HOLLYWOOD label from 1935 in the Collectors
Guide to Victor Records, but it is very different, though I suspect they may be
related.

Was this a cross between a radio transcription and a DJ Sample record?  Is it
pretty rare?  Any other comments?

Thanks!  CDB
