[78-L] First eBay problem

Thanks to Greg and David...I went to the PO once about this and got no help. 
And Greg is right,  so long as there is "confirmed delivery" no one seems 
inclined to just accept the fact that I didn't receive it.

An expensive lesson...but as with most glitches in life...it could have been 
worse.
