[78-L] 78-L mail should be normal now

the 78-L list was listed in a blacklist (the CBL) because of an infected machine in our office.  That is fixed, and the CBL listing was removed at about 2:30 AM.   This may be why some of you were not receiving 78-L mail on Friday.  It takes a few hours for CBL changes to propagate to all mail server   If you are not receiving mail for 78-L on Saturday, Sept. 25, then the problem is likely somewhere else.

The 78-L web page archive for the Week of Sept. 20 was messed up.  I rebuilt
  all the archives last night (this morning) and it should be OK now.
