[78-L] 78-L mail should be normal now

Is there anyone else who WAS receiving sporadic 78-L mail on Friday as I was, 
via my backup address? (I've had 78-L sent to two addresses for about 5 years, 
since Sympatico had intermittent problems with the list at one point.)

Now receiving everything, and quickly. Thanks as always, Ron!
