[78-L] Victor 24351 with 2 3/4" label (Oakland pressing):normal?

Hi Royal,

If memory serves,  they used this teeny-weeny label starting some time in 
the 24100 series...why I don't know.  As I reviewed the list,  I noticed a 
number of Olsen,  Jones, Reisman,  Haymes, etc. which I have with the same 
mini-labels.  I'd be curious to hear if anyone has any explanation for it.
