[78-L] Victor 24351 with 2 3/4" label (Oakland pressing): normal?

Mine is the same size (It's an Armstrong for those of you who don't file by 
number!) and it looks to be the same label size  as many other Victors of 
that series,  including several Isham Jones,  etc.
