[78-L] "Buccaneer" lacquers..info please?

P-94 is Indian Music of Mexico..also has a picture of Laura on the front cover, among other things. Notes missing. Hey, she was a looker!
The implied question still remains..why do I have these lacquers (which were among a couple of dozen Cuban and South American Victors from the early 40s), what's the significance of "Buccaneer" on the labels, and for whom would these dubs have been made?
