Dear Friends & Fans of Eddie Lang;

In
conjunction with Ed Massaro (Eddie Lang’s nephew), we are re-launching eddielang.com. The
site, still under construction, is available for review online at eddielang.com.

It is our intention to build a site that will be a rewarding
experience for fans, musicians, collectors and researchers alike. Please
scroll the Navigation Bar to see what we have in store. The following
elements are currently active and will give you an idea of how we’re
developing the site.

· The Man: Diary (1923 & 1933).
· The
Musician: The Essential Eddie Lang.
· The Musician: Sessions
(1923 & 1933).
· People: Guitarists-Lonnie Johnson.
·
 Things: Friends

We’re hoping you can spare a moment or two and share your thoughts
and offer suggestions on how to improve eddielang.com, especially relating to:

·
 Content
· Design

· Content presentation
· Ability to navigate the site
·
Page loading issues you may have
· Browser issues you may
have

In closing, publishing online affords us the ability to
revise and update content, and incorporate user-generated content.

Also, we will make every effort to clear and credit all content.
For example, Scott Wenzel & Mosaic Records have given us permission
to publish text from three booklets: The Complete OKeh and Brunswick Bix
Beiderbecke, Frank Trumbauer and Jack Teagarden Sessions 1924-36,
Mosaic Records MD7-211, The Classic Columbia and OKeh Joe Venuti and
Eddie Lang Sessions, Mosaic Records MD8-213, and The Complete Brunswick,
Parlophone and Vocalion Bunny Berigan Sessions, Mosaic Records MD7-219.
Mosaic’s generosity will bring the words of a number of credible
authors including Richard M. Sudhalter to eddielang.com and ultimately the worldwide web.

Please cut & paste eddielangguitar at gmail.com and add to your email
contact list.

Thank you in advance for your support.

FYI:
Eddie Lang gets inducted into the ASCAP Wall of Fame, June 14, 2010.
