[78-L] Billy Clarke and Bert Green..who?

Just fishing through another box of junky, smelly records that I inherited and here's Yankee Doodle Blues on Banner 1124, sung by "Billy Clarke & Bert Green". One of them is clearly Arthur Fields, who in fact is credited solo on the other side (All Over Nothing At All). Any thoughts on who's singing with him? Not a particularly prominent voice.
