[78-L] H.R.S. Earl Hines album

Does anybody have a copy of  Hot Record Society's first album?  Geoffrey 
Wheeler describes it in his reissue & bootleg book.  It was "Earl Hines 
Piano Solos" which was released August 1. 1938 and described as "An 
album of the Q.R.S. piano solos by Earl Hines.  Four records in a 
beautiful modern album designed by E. Simms Campbell."  I need a picture 
of the album, either from the album itself of if there was an 
illustration of it in the HRS tri-fold flyer announcing the record.
