[78-L] H.R.S. Earl Hines album

It appears I have images of 3 HRS albums, but all with different album nrs (as given by sellers).
Possibly the album nrs are difficult to find or absent.
Albums are:

- Bechet Spanier Big Four (2x12") 
- Bix.... (5x10")
- Hines (4x10")

There are 2 editions of the Bix album: 
green cover, and grey with blue cover (with slightly different picture).

What are the correct cat.nrs of the albums (if any) ?

beautiful modern album designed by E. Simms Campbell."  I need a picture 
of the album, either from the album itself of if there was an 
illustration of it in the HRS tri-fold flyer announcing the record.
