No, Ty lists many 20- of course, plus 15- (Red Seal De Luxe), 21- (country) & 25- (Jewish).
But it seems RCA used almost every nr through 58- or poss. 70-.
What kind of issues are 40-00xx (i.e. below 0100) ?

but wait a minute, the 1948 Victor catalog's price list starts the ten-inch series at 40-0076! Does Ty list these?
