[78-L] Help IDing a song in Canadian Tire commercial

Just saw a new commercial from Canadian Tire. It features a song that 
sounds like an a 78 era thingie (but given the way things are done -- 
who knows). So, I need help in IDing it if it is what it seems to be. 
The vocalist sounds a bit like Harry "the Hipster" Gibson. A line in 
the chorus is "spring cleaning - gettin' ready for love"
