It's a GREAT cylinder, but 1891 is a really early year -- that's still in the arcade era. UCSB has a Columbia cylinder version listed -- no file yet, tho -- which they date to "1896-97" for the issue number, but note that the actual cylinder recording is like a 1903 remake. They also have an Edison Gold Moulded from 1903 of "Yellow Gal" that has the same heavy reverb and big sound that this Turkey in the Straw does. 

So, 1896-7? Or maybe as late as '03?
