Yes, it is from The Gramophone. Years ago, I borrowed a friend’s 
collection of The Gramophone from about 1932 or 1933 and photocopied 
the Edgar Jackson reviews up through 1939. I find the advertising of 
the period fascinating, including what appears in Schleman’s “Rhythm on 
Record.”
