Reminiscent of a pair of transactions I completed with people from
South America. One was a record coming my way, the other was an
automobile manual heading south. In both instances, customs was the
culprit, and the delays were very long. I received my record in good
nick, box seemingly unmolested. The book took an eternity to get to the
fellow down there and I never did hear from him whether he actually got
it. I surmise he did, as the complaints finally ceased.
