[78-L] More on cleaning lacquers

The dlituion I will be using is a few drops for a pint of distilled water.  Is that safe enough? And if it is effective at high dilution, does that not make the cleaning process even less expensive? If it is effective, why was it necessary to develop alternatives?

 

And the name is Cary, not Gary.
