BAKED ALASKA NENGINEER
For a little of the joie de vivre of life and a soupcon of morels de
compagnon, here's a recipe for a successful dessert that will wow your
friends at your next AES conference.
1 cup water
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup desiccant (silica gel)
1 pancake Ampex 456
topping:
2 cups spray-in bihexl-trimonophosphatase foam
1 tbsp lacquer chips
1 cherry
Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended
pour over pancake
Preheat oven, and bake at either 125 degrees for 8 hours or 700 degrees
for 6 minutes
Place under evacuation hood and allow to cool - this lets the desiccant
do it's work and wick away any remaining moisture from the pancake.
When cool, apply foam to top and edges and sculpt to votre desiree. Then
garni with chips and cherry. This adds a pleasant and festive touch to
your creation.
Serve with a very dry white wine
Bon appetit!
