In 1921, there absolutely was a GG studio somewhere in Boston because 
a reporter for the Boston Herald visited and wrote a story-- although 
my sense is it was probably in South Boston, rather than Boston 
itself.  (For those not familiar with Boston, it has various suburban 
neighbourhoods.)
