Bluebird sets also came on a piece of cardboard 10 x 30 which had three
sleeves pasted to one side and a cover printed at one end at the other,
then folded to make an inexpensive "album". These things had to be
cheap, after all, the total price of three Bluebird discs is just $1.05.
I don't know if the envelope types and the cardboard types were mutual
exclusive or if some sets came in both forms over time. I've got
examples of both types but no dupes of any in both forms.
