I don't know about this one, as you do not give anEbay number, but 
sometimes it's because they choose a high priced method of shipping by 
default. I often ask if shippers will be willing to use a cheaper 
method. I have saved a lot of money when buying car parts overseas. 
Speaking of car parts, there is a Dave Burnham who is into Citroens. 
That's not you? Do you get his mail sometimes?
