I'm still thinking that Kapp is a misprint for Capitol, since Martin recorded
for Capitol in the mid 50s and didn't go to Decca till later. And Kapp didn't
merge with Decca (or get bought out or whatever) till I believe some time in
1968. And it's possible that Merv sang with Martin on a mid 50s album for old
time's sake, since he was enjoying mild success as a solo singer on Victor and
then Columbia by this time, plus doing some films and TV hosting.
What we need is a Garrod discography for Freddy Martin.
