Blue Star was recorded for RCA Victor on September 2, 1955 and was part of LPM
1360. He also played it on AFRS One Night Stand 3839 from the Cocoanut Grove,
August 1955, so this could be the source of the current reissue. This still
doesn't tell us how the song ended up on Kapp in the Philippines.
No artist index, so I can't see whether Merv rejoined Freddy at any point.
