[78-L] Convenience fees/only pay pal accepted

Ebay has forced its sellers into a corner with this new policy.  You  
can not as a seller have any reference to cash, checks or money  
orders in your listing because ebay wants only electronic payment  
methods.  However if a buyer inquires after the sale about payment  
with cash, check or money order the seller is allowed to accommodate  
that buyer.

Obviously it is a case of ebay trying to double dip, since they own  
Paypal.  They claim they just want to provide the same secure payment  
environment as Amazon, where sellers must use Amazon's payment  
system.  Sellers are understandably not pleased.
