[78-L] Convenience fees

These so--called convenience fees are illegal. It is against the law to charge a surplus fee for using a credit card.

I don't have a problem with an auctioneer setting 
uch terms for payment as long as he does it 
penly and up front. I can make up my own mind as 
o whether I want to pay the fee, which applies 
nly to credit card and Paypal payments. If I 
on't want to pay the fee, I can skip the auction 
r choose some other method of payment (such as a check).
