Warner Brothers did a 78 promotional 78 release in the early SEVENTIES, in
Canada only (as far as I know), of the "Summer of 42" Theme. As for the 30s,
I'm aware of a set of 78s on the KFWB label, if that counts..the broadcast
premiere of the "Robin Hood" film score, 1938.

I have seen a catalog from Sam The Record Man, sort of a Canadian equivalent of
Schwann but more like a current supplement, which listed Warner Brothers 78s in
1958, but I have never seen a Warner Brothers 78 on a Canadian pressing.

Steve Barr will probably chime in with some late dates..Canada had 78s from a
variety of labels well into 1959 with some as late as 1960.
