You might try your local university library to see if they have any of these on microfilm. The University of Washington here in Seattle has runs of several major papers.

You also might ask a librarian there if they permit non-students to use interlibrary loan, whereby you can get film of just about anything. Or try your main branch of the public library -- most libraries won't let their film out of the building, which means it has to be big enough to have microfilm readers on the premises.
